One of the many children who hang out here spent the night Saturday. She and Huck were outside playing and she ran in the house spitting blood,proudly showing me the tooth in her hand (she's 8, and thanks be, the tooth was very loose). I asked her what happened and she gave a big gap tooth smile and said "Well, I was going down the slide on the Pogo stick and I fell on my face."
When I told this story to Sweet Bruhver, he said "Country kids are built to last. Just try and kill' em."

Yes, luckily it was loose, no law suits. I'm still trying to figure out how you go down the slide on a pogo stick. On your face apparently.
Ah, I remember going off the roof backwards on cardboard... maybe that explains alot....
I had to laugh... about the country kids comment. I am still trying to figure out how anyone though it a great idea to slide down with a pogo stick. WOW!
Country kids are tough. I've always said my kids bounce really well.
