First Day of Work

Tumble outta bed
And stumble to the kitchen
Pour myself a cup of ambition
Yawnin' stretchin', try to come to life
Jump in the shower
And the blood starts pumpin
Out on the streets
The traffic starts jumpin
And folks like me on the job from 9 to 5

I'm going to look so cute today. I'm wearing black wide leg slacks, 4 inch platform sandals, a black lycra undergarment thingy under a sheerish (but not at all slutty) top with red and black polka dots. I will also wear my silver and crystal watch (a graduation gift from my daddy) silver hoop earrings, and my hair will be held back at the nape of my neck with a marcosite barrette.

With my first paycheck, I am going to buy another work outfit (since I only have 3 pairs of pants) and a small set of speakers for my iPod so that I can have my music at work with me.

I'm a little jittery this morning. I got up at a little after 3AM after dreaming about work all night.
